[FIX] Installation Path & Environment Handling

MAJOR FIX: Fixed critical installation path detection and environment handling issues!

What Changed:

• Fixed Installation Path Detection - Resolved issues where launcher couldn't detect installed games correctly

• Environment Subdirectory Handling - Environment folders (production/staging) now properly appended to all paths

• Prevented Environment Switching - Users can no longer change environments during downloads or patching

• Game Switch Prevention - Users can't switch to another game while installing or patching a game

• Smart Environment Selector - Automatically disabled during active operations

• Better Error Logging - Enhanced concurrent access error detection

Impact:

Games are now correctly installed in environment-specific folders, the launcher accurately detects installations across environments, and users can't accidentally corrupt installations by switching environments or games mid-operation.

NEW FEATURE: The launcher now supports resolutions from 640x360 all the way up to 8K (7680x4320)!

• Dynamic Window Scaling - Replaced fixed window sizes with Viewbox-based scaling for smooth resizing

• All Windows Resizable - Main window, settings, install dialogs, and more now scale properly

• Fixed Scaling Issues - Resolved window scaling problems at smaller resolutions
